    In-Home Appointments

    We will come to your home to help with any software or hardware issue you are having. The rate for home visits is as follows:

    Up to 90 minutes - $165

    2 hours - $225

    3 hours - $325

    Remote Solutions

    We can help with many issues remotely by controlling your screen and/or working with you on the phone. Rates for remote help are $100.00 per hour. Weekend and evening rate is $150.00 per hour.

Warranty Information

All services are covered by our warranty for 30 days (parts and labor). After that, manufacturer warranties apply.
